• Portraits are done in coloured pencil on white illustration board, with no background.
• Prices are in Canadian funds. Ontario residents only:  8% Provincial Sales Tax additional (No GST).
• No deposit is required. I do not expect payment until you have received, and are completely satisfied with your portrait. At that time, payment is due by cheque or money order, in Canadian funds, payable to Deborah Bates, and mailed to the address below within 30 days. (Sorry, no credit cards.)
• Prices do not include framing. A double mat is included.
• Sizes shown may vary slightly, depending on the composition.
• Portraits are shipped by Express Post, or other courier if requested. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

TO ORDER A PET PORTRAIT

BY REGULAR MAIL:  Send to the address below, at least one clear, close-up photo of your pet (2 or 3 photos preferred). Include your name, address, telephone number and email address. Note any special instructions, i.e. collar on or off,  breed, and your pet's name. (Photos will be returned with your portrait.)

BY EMAIL: Send the same info above, along with a digital or scanned photo of your pet, to:  artbydeb@sympatico.ca

I will contact you by phone or email to confirm receipt of your order. (If the portrait is a gift, indicate if you do not wish to be called at home, and provide an alternate number or email address.)

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
